Gadura Commerce is operated by Gadura LLC, incorporated in Wyoming, USA. We provide a multi-tenant platform for trade hubs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.

Order Information: When you place an order, we collect your shipping address, order details, and payment method information (processed by third-party providers).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, actions taken, and device/browser information.

Hub Owner Data: Hub Owners provide business information, payment provider credentials, and branding assets.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Platform
  • To process orders and facilitate communication between Buyers and Hub Owners
  • To manage Hub Owner subscriptions and billing
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, messages, etc.)
  • To improve the Platform and develop new features
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We share personal data only as necessary:

  • With Hub Owners: Buyer order and contact information is shared with the relevant Hub Owner to fulfil orders.
  • With Payment Providers: Payment information is shared with Stripe (subscriptions), Paystack, or Flutterwave (trade payments) as configured by each Hub Owner.
  • With Service Providers: We use Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), and may use email delivery services.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Hub Owners' data is retained for the duration of their subscription plus a reasonable period for record-keeping.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability
